ZSJD6C series of intelligence discrimination-phase/range earth leakage relay is our company newleakage relay with characteristic of fitting rural demand bettersuperior performancereliable quality, which is developed on base of JSD6250 discrimination- phase/range relay and used to be int-egrated AC contacted device or circuit breaker into leakageprotective device. It is applied to low-volt (380V/220V) distributing system of neutral point directly landing, the main function of it is providing indirect contacted protection for fatal personal electric-shock or wireequipment's leakage. For that adopting discrimination-phase/range technology and removing electric-shock's insensitivityand dead-zone for land, so this relay could discriminate leakage from electric-shock automatically and the motion consistency is good. The leakage motion (display leakage current) and electric-shock motion (display ABC) could be distinguished by relay, that also has energy-onservation/ soundproofing and other function. ZSJD6C leakage relay increases one function that the rated leakage motion current could be tracked down automatically and classified, which enlarges protection scope and decreases sluice tripping times. This new relay adopts singleslice machine computation control which increases anti-interruption circuit to make relay operate stablyuse simply and economically in adverse circumstances, which is proved to be created firstly domestically. the product complies with standard GB6829JB8756. |

| 1 Sudden-change leakage motion doesn't have dead-zone under three-phase leakage's unbalance . 2 Discriminating automatically leakage from electric-shock signal, it can operate normally in case of wire insulator level being low and leakage current being bigger. 3 User could use wave-section switch to select300mAgrade orautomaticgrade(automatic grade's rated leakage motion currentis 300mA~1000mA) according to user's need. It is set up to be 300mA grade at the time of delivering from factory. Ifau- tomatic gradeis selected, the leakage relay can automatically select rated leakage motion current according to wire's leakage current #118alue, its change principle is that selecting automatically rated leakage motion current1000mAgrade after electrifi- cation,the rated leakage motion current will be 300mA in more than 20 minutes if wire's leakage current is lower than 150mA. Under leakage motion current being 300mA, when wire's leakage is lower than 75mA,its rated leakage current will be 200mA if another 20 minutes has passed. The change process of rated motion leakage current being increasing is opposite.This circumstance specially fits the situation that different season (such as rainy season and dry season) leakage current's difference is big, it could guarantee different leakage protection demand between rainy season and dry season. Noted: the conduction that wave-section switch being selected to be300mAorautomaticgrade should execute under power-off state, it is invalid under power-on state. |
